TexNGo provides AI-powered website creation, hosting, maintenance, and support services for small and medium businesses.
The monthly fee covers standard website maintenance and hosting. It does not include structural design changes, new feature development, additional pages beyond the initial scope, or advanced integrations (e.g. e-commerce, booking systems).
Any work outside the standard scope will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A separate, transparent quote will be provided before any additional work begins. Work proceeds only upon written acceptance of the quote.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your domain and content. Hosting will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Upon full payment of the setup fee, you own the website content and design. TexNGo retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
TexNGo's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the competent Italian jurisdiction.
